When London-based prog-rock band Agent decided to rename themselves as Temples On Mars, they reached out to us to create a “band brand”. Relishing this change of project, we delved deep into the theories and concepts behind this unusual name. The band’s word marque was created using a linear grid system and the colour palette was inspired by the hues of Mars’ surface taken from an archive of NASA images. All of this was incorporated into the band’s self-titled album.
